> a month's rent is approximately $1600, not including utilities. you will also have to call and reconnect those yourself (con-ed for electric, verizon/spectrum for wifi)
> provide your own furniture! this place will be empty (and has been re-painted)
> please ignore any items that you can see in the pictures - the place will be completely cleared before your move-in
> there IS a required security deposit equivalent to one month of rent

about applying
> we will need proof of income as well as approval to perform a credit check
> the application form will also ask for your SSN and ID, so please be prepared to provide those as necessary
> the application process takes approx 30 days (this is being done officially and legally through the management company that owns this apt complex)
> we unfortunately cannot do showings unless booked well in advance, because we are currently not in the city and would have to travel down
